Due to the nature of digital products, Graceworks Group generally does not offer refunds for digital purchases once the download link has been accessed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the product
  • Duplicate purchases due to system errors
  • Product not as described (within 7 days of purchase)
  • Unauthorized purchase (with proof)
